The app does not collect location in the background and does not access the camera in the background.

PerfectHRM is an employee attendance and HR self-service application connected to a central HR platform. The app helps employees and authorized users record attendance, verify identity when required, submit HR requests, send in-app messages, attach supporting files, receive notifications, and access selected HR information. Available features may vary depending on the organization’s configuration and the user’s role.

3. Why the App Uses Permissions and Attachments

Camera To capture a selfie or other image when attendance verification, identity confirmation, or a user-submitted image attachment is required.

4. When Permissions and File Access Are Used

PerfectHRM accesses camera, location, biometric sign-in, notifications, and user-selected files only when needed for the relevant feature and only after a user action or a system event related to that feature.

The app does not use location in the background, does not access the camera in the background, and does not upload files from the device unless the user intentionally selects or captures them through the app.

5. Local Processing and Local Storage

Some images captured for attendance or verification may be processed locally on the device before upload. This may include temporary caching, image resizing, compression, quality checks, face-detection checks, liveness-related checks, and validation steps intended to improve accuracy, reduce upload size, and help detect misuse or fraud.

PerfectHRM may also store limited information locally on the device to support sign-in preferences, remembered account details selected by the user, app settings, session-related values, and optional biometric sign-in setup. Where supported by the device and operating system, sensitive credentials stored locally are intended to be protected using secure storage mechanisms.

Temporary local copies created for processing are intended to be deleted after processing or workflow completion. User-selected files and attachments are uploaded only when the user submits the related action through the app.
